OctaFlash NOR Memory devices raise product performance by combining the fastest 200MHz operation with the brand new Data Transfer Rate (DTR) feature to increase throughput from 100MB/s in Quad I/O SPI Flash to 400MB/s while massively lowering read latency. The improved performance will help OctaFlash in running eXecute In Place (XIP) with greater efficiency and shorten access time for high density, which accelerates overall system performance.
